Overview

Students will investigate how much water is used in every day activities in relation to a known
reference (2L pop bottles). They will divide into two teams, the Typical Water User Team versus
the Conservation Team. Using empty pop bottles, they will guess the how much water is used in
typical everyday activities and learn how this can be reduced. Students will be encouraged to join
the winning team.
