Water Makes It


Overview



Students participate in a game similar to something on the "Price is Right" to determine how much water is used to produce different items. We all know all living things need water to survive. Students will learn how water is also used to manufacture many things we use every day.

Matter and Energy, Grade 5 (Properties of and Changes of Matter)

Describe the properties of materials that make them useful in everyday products and discuss the environmental impact of the production, use, and disposal of these materials (O.E.)
Identify the source of the materials found in a product (S.E.)
